- To deliver services under an advisory agreement, including financial planning and portfolio management;
- To send The Prime Brief newsletter, only where you have opted in — every issue includes a working unsubscribe link;

7. Data Security
We apply bank-level safeguards: 256-bit TLS encryption for data in transit, encryption at rest for stored records, multi-factor authentication on all firm systems, least-privilege access controls, annual security review, and a strict clean-desk policy. While no system can be guaranteed absolutely secure, we design our controls to meet or exceed regulatory expectations for financial firms.
8. Data Retention
Enquiry and contact-form records are retained for up to 24 months unless you become a client. Client records are retained for the periods required by securities regulations (typically at least 5–7 years after account closure). Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics logs are retained no longer than 26 months.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the Virginia CDPA, the Colorado CPA, and the New Jersey Data Privacy Act. These may include the right to:
